Orders will be processed for fulfilment within 24 hours of receipt during regular business days. Most items are in stock and ship the same day if ordered before 14:00 pm GMT.
However, we cannot guarantee that all items will always be in stock, irrespective of whether a product is labelled “In Stock” due to occasional fluctuations in demand and supply chain timing. Therefore, if you would like confirmation of stock availability prior to ordering, please email email@example.com. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email regarding your order status. In the rare event that an item is not in stock, back-ordered or discontinued, you will be notified of this via email. To cancel an order if that occurs, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your instructions immediately. If you request cancellation of an order after the order has shipped, you will be responsible for shipping charges even if the package is refused.
Order acceptance policy
Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Tinybuildelectrics.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We also reserve the right to ship a manufacturer-certified replacement if the manufacturer has upgraded or modified an item.
Paypal shipping address
Customers are requested to ensure that their shipping address is correct before completing checkout through Paypal. Paypal provides the option to edit your shipping address while reviewing the order. Please double-check your details before you complete your order. Tinybuildelectrics.com will only ever ship to the “Paypal shipping address” that is entered by the customer, as set out in Paypal Seller Policy. Once the order has left Tinybuildelectrics.com, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier, if they want the delivery address to be changed. Tracking reference numbers will be emailed to the customer’s PayPal email address once goods are dispatched.
Tinybuildelectrics.com calculates shipping and handling rates based on the current shipping tables. In the event of a shipping adjustment due to the nature (size and weight) of your order, the total may be adjusted to compensate. This occurrence is rare and most orders are assessed with the shipping charges calculated at checkout. All fees, duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any customs duties or taxes that any country might impose on shipments. Choosing Next Day shipping may not mean your order will be delivered 1 day from the time you placed your order online if the item is back-ordered or not in stock. You will receive your order 1 day after we have acquired the item(s) in our warehouse. In the event of a back-order, you will be notified via email within 1 business day of order placement. You may at that time choose to cancel the order or continue with it bearing in mind the potential delay involved. We strive to keep our inventory well-stocked to avoid back-orders but on occasion, we can run out of particular high demand items.
Please note: receiving shipments
Before signing for any delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to examine all items for signs of damage. If any damage is found, make certain that the delivering agent notes the damage on the release form. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding the damage immediately, so a claim can be made.
If for some unforeseen reason an item is no longer available or back-ordered for an extended period of time, you will be notified within 24 hours of order placement. Please email us at email@example.com if you wish to receive stock confirmation prior to ordering.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation via email that your order has been received by tinybuildelectrics.com. To check on the status of your order anytime, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
All warranty service for original customers is provided by tinybuildelectrics.com. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, if any, to the warranty location. This warranty does not cover any loss of business, profits, or other consequential damage, either real or perceived, that may have resulted from any malfunction of the product. Damage from flood, lightning strikes, earthquake, any other acts of nature/God, mishandling, dropping, or infestation is not covered by this warranty. This warranty is also void if the manufacturer determines that the product has been damaged due to insufficient packaging during any return shipment. The manufacturer reserves the right to determine whether alterations have been made, or damages caused, by such facts that would serve to void the terms of this warranty.
In the event a product is listed incorrectly due to a typographical error, manufacturer data error, product description and/or errors in pricing, tinybuildelectrics.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your account charged. If your account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, tinybuildelectrics.com shall immediately issue a full credit to your account.
All claims must be made within 7 days of the date of shipment (not receipt) for all deliveries. The claim can be initiated by you or an tinybuildelectrics.com representative. All original packing materials and/or boxes must be saved and made available for inspection, in order for a damage claim to be considered by the shipper. tinybuildelectrics.com will not be liable for any monies lost if the claim is not filed within the required time period.
tinybuildelectrics.com offers a 30 day (from the date of shipment) replacement or credit policy for defective products. Customers who do not want an item repaired or replaced can request a return merchandise authorization (RMA), however, a 15% restocking fee will be assigned to cover testing, repair, cleaning and repackaging expenses.
Non-defective product returns
Non-defective (“buyer’s remorse”) products can be returned within 7 days if returned unopened, for credit less shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging expenses. In addition to this fee, a pro-rated charge (up to 100%) will be assessed for items that are returned incomplete or with non-resaleable parts.
Standard Delivery is between Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm.
We offer a Free Next Working Day Delivery service on orders £30.00 and over, based on orders placed before 14:00 Mon – Fri. Orders under £30.00 have a delivery charge of 6.95.
Please note we do not deliver on Bank Holidays.
We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. Unfortunately we are unable to refund delivery costs for delayed orders.
We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. Please note that if your order is made up of a combination of items, deliveries may, on occasion, be made separately. Any issues with the items we must be notified within 7 days of the delivery. Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery. We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances. Please note that if you order multiple items we may send the items on a pallet rather than individual boxes.
